Using this website
The site explains sourcing and fulfillment. Visiting or requesting a quote starts a conversation. Scope, fees, payment, shipping, and after-sales follow the arrangement both sides confirm.
Your store and our work
You run your store, marketing, and customer service. We help with product search, supplier communication, purchasing, packaging, and shipping coordination.
Payment
Your customers pay through your payment provider. Our sourcing and fulfillment fees are billed separately. Purchasing, packaging, and shipping are arranged once the quote is confirmed and the agreed payment is received.
Shipping & Delivery
Transit times are estimates. They can change with the destination, the carrier, and customs clearance. How a shipment is delivered, and how an exception is handled, follows the arrangement confirmed for that order.
Stores and partners
Shopify is the store we usually connect. Other platforms can be discussed before order sync is set up. Purchasing, packaging, and shipping are coordinated with suppliers and logistics partners.
